What if I do not charge VAT?

In your profile, choose whether you charge VAT and which rate to apply. JustBillItt uses those settings in your documents. If you are not VAT registered, simply switch VAT off.

How do my clients pay?

Your client scans the Swiss QR on the invoice with their banking app, then confirms the payment. The QR supports CHF and EUR with a valid Swiss or Liechtenstein IBAN.

Am I still in control of my invoice?

Yes. You check the summary before confirming PDF creation. To change a detail, cancel the request and send your corrected description. You then decide when to send the document to your client.

What if I already use Bexio?

Connect your account to find your invoices as drafts in Bexio, then check and send them from your usual tool. This workflow covers CHF invoices with an 8.1% VAT rate. Quotes and other cases use the JustBillItt PDF workflow.

Can I start for free?

Yes. Create up to 10 invoices or quotes in total during your first month, with no credit card. After that, the free plan includes 2 invoices or quotes per month. Choose a larger plan when you need it.

Do I need WhatsApp Business?

No, your usual WhatsApp account is enough. Create your JustBillItt account, verify your number and add your business details. You can then prepare documents from the conversation.
